AIK Fotbolls generella policy är att alltid bevilja biljettförfrågningar från licensierade scouter och agenter till våra hemmamatcher på Strawberry Arena och Skytteholms IP.

Biljettförfrågningar skickas till scoutbiljett@aikfotboll.se. Agenten/scouten erhåller sedan sina biljetter på den mailadress som önskemålet kommit från, om inte annat anges i förfrågan. Biljetter skickas ut närmare inpå match och biljettförfrågningar hanteras löpande fram till 24h innan matchstart, efter det så går det inte att längre önska biljetter till matchen.

AIK Fotboll erbjuder max 2 biljetter per klubb/agentur och biljetterna är personliga, ID-kontroll kan förekomma så medtag identifikation till matchen.

AIK Fotboll vidhåller rätten att neka alla biljettförfrågningar som frångår ovan riktlinjer samt vid mån av plats. Skulle din förfrågan nekas så blir du informerad om det senast 48h innan matchstart.

Bra att veta

Parkering
Vi har inte specifika parkeringsplatser att erbjuda men rekommenderar Mall of Scandinavias parkeringsgarage. Från utgång mot Evenemangsgatan är det enbart 1 – 2 minuters promenad till Strawberry Arena.

Neutral klädsel
AIK Fotboll uppskattar om alla som besöker våra hemmamatcher på en scoutbiljett ej bär kläder eller accessoarer som visar någon lagsympati.

Entré
Din entré kan variera beroende på vart du placeras på arenan. Det framgår på din biljett vilken entré du ska till. Nedan finner du en karta som visar var på arenan varje entré finns.

Väskförbud
Ett generellt väskförbud på större evenemang råder i Sverige. Därav är inga väskor tillåtna att medtagas in på AIK fotbolls hemmamatcher. Det gäller alla väskor och påsar, oavsett storlek. Undantag görs för väskor i medicinskt bruk, samt skötväskor om man kommer med ett litet barn.

The general policy of AIK Fotboll is to always grant ticketing requests from licensed scouts and agents to our home games at Strawberry Arena and Skytteholms IP.

Requests are submitted to scoutbiljett@aikfotboll.se. The agent or scout obtains the tickets to the e-mail address that the request is sent from if nothing else is specified in the request. Tickets are sent out closer to kick off. Requests are processed up until 24 hours before kick off. Requests coming in later than that will not be processed. 

AIK Fotboll offers a maximum of 2 tickets per club or agency. The tickets are personal and a ID check might occur at the entrance. Therefore a valid identification is needed when arriving at the stadium.

AIK Fotboll reserves the right to refuse all ticketing requests that fails to comply with above regulations or if there are no seats available. If your request is denied you will be informed no later than 48 hours before kick off.

Good to know

Parking
We don’t offer official parking spots at the stadium but recommend the garage that belongs to Mall of Scandinavia, the big shopping mall next to the stadium. From the ground floor of the garage you exit out on Evenemangsgatan and from there it is a few minutes walk to Strawberry Arena.

Neutral clothing
AIK Fotboll greatly appreciates if all visitors that enters the stadium with a scout ticket wears clothes and accessories that show no affiliation or connection to any football team.

Your entrance can vary depending on where in the arena your placed. Please check your ticket to identify which entrance you should use. Below is a stadium map with all entrances highlighted.

No bags allowed
Since November 1, 2023, the Swedish police authority has issued a decision to ban all bags at major events in Sweden. That means no bags of any size is allowed at the home games of AIK Fotboll. Exceptions can be made for medicinal purposes or for diaper bags if you have a small child with you.
